The Free Trade Agreement is a set of rules that countries agree to sell and buy products and services. The FTA is based on fundamental principles of transparency, national treatment and most favored nation treatment, all this represents a firm commitment to ease the movement of goods and services across borders, provide adequate protection and monitoring to ensure effective enforcement of intellectual property rights.
